Return Policy

Most items can be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. In some cases a restocking fee of 20% applies. Return Authorizations are valid for 30 days from date of issuance.



Return Guidelines

DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT:
AvalonTC is not responsible for damages during transit. A freight claim should be filed with the appropriate carrier.
AvalonTC endeavors to use reliable and reputable carriers, but occasionally shipping damage does occur. Below are some valuable tips on how to proceed if your items are delivered damaged during transport.

Resolving the problem of transit damage or loss depends on the cooperation of all parties. All shipping damage claims must be made against the common carrier; therefore, it is imperative that you follow these guidelines:

Inspect all shipments upon arrival. If damage or loss is apparent upon delivery, do not accept the shipment until you make a notation of the damage on all copies of the carrier's pro bill and have the driver sign all copies to acknowledge the notation. Do not sign a clear receipt for damaged or missing cartons or there will be no basis for a claim. Ask the carrier to make a detailed inspection of the damage. File a claim with the carrier. Cooperate and follow up as necessary to secure final settlement.

Even if damages are acknowledged in writing by the driver, you must request an inspection by the carrier and retain the merchandise, carton, and package materials at the address to which shipment was made until the carrier authorizes movement. The carrier must provide you with an inspection report. In case of concealed damage, inspection must be requested within three (3) days of receipt of shipment (72 Hours).

Notify AvalonTC in the event of transportation damage. Do not return the merchandise to AvalonTC. File your claim with the carrier, enclosing copies of the bill of lading (signed by the driver) and inspection report as support. Keep all packing materials and boxes with the damaged product. Do not throw anything away. Although AvalonTC will provide any assistance possible, we cannot be responsible for the actual filing of claims with the carrier or accept liability for non-collectable freight claims.

PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE:
If you believe that the product is defective contact Customer Support to obtain a replacement and a Return Authorization (RA). Products returned as defective will be tested upon receipt to confirm the defect. Once confirmed a replacement product will be shipped. An advanced exchange can be arranged. You will be charged for the replacement product and you will receive credit when the defective product is received and confirmed to be defective. If the product is tested and confirmed to be in proper working order, AvalonTC reserves the right to return it to you.

Please note the defective product must be sent back to us within one week with all the original packaging material.

E-mail to info@projectoraid.com with your name, the order number, part number, description of items, quantity, and the reason for the return. We will reply to your e-mail with a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions. All items returned without an RA number will not be processed or credited. Once you have received an RA number, ship all returns with a copy of the original invoice to:

You must include all packaging materials. Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged. Any programming must be reset back to factory default. Display the RA number prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your refund. Insure the returned part for its full value to protect yourself against loss.



PRODUCT RECEIVED IS NOT THE PRODUCT OREDERED:
If you received a product other than what you ordered contact Customer Support to obtain a replacement and a Return Authorization (RA). A replacement product will be shipped when the original product is returned. An advanced exchange can be arranged. You will be charged for the replacement product and you will receive credit when the original product is returned.

Please note the incorrect product must be sent back to us within one week with all the original packaging material.

PRODUCT NO LONGER NEEDED:
Please be advised that if item is opened, AvalonTC reserves the right to refuse credit and return the item back to the customer.


Returns will only be accepted for unopened products. Credit will be given upon receipt for the purchase price less shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. Contact Customer Support to obtain a Return Authorization (RA).
